My Services

 

I offer individual sessions for both adults and adolescents of 16 years and older.

I offer group sessions for my clients who have completed their individual therapy and are benefiting from the extra weekly support in a group setting.

I am also qualified in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and I offer a 8 week program that can be done individually or as part of a group.

My Approach

My approach to therapy is integrative, thoughtful, and tailored to each individual. I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic approaches, allowing us to explore both present-day challenges and the deeper patterns that may be shaping your experiences.

In our work together, we may focus on understanding how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours interact, while also creating space to explore your history, relationships, and inner world. I believe that meaningful change comes not only from developing practical strategies, but also from gaining insight into yourself and your unique way of relating to the world.

Above all, I prioritise creating a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental environment. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I will work alongside you at a pace that feels comfortable—supporting both reflection and growth.
