This is a Row with 2 text modules (one under the other).
The bottom text module has padding (so that the text is not sitting so close to the border).
In order to increase the space between the two modules, you need to increase the margin setting.

The first module (box) is just body text without any header.
The bottom text module has a header and body text.
To set text as a header, you need to highlight the text you want to assign a header element to, any then using the dropdown menu that says ‘paragraph’ you can choose H1, H2 etc.
When you go to design your header, you need to click on the correct header number eg H3 to highlight it so that any changes made will affect the correct header.

NEW SECTION
This is a new section – the top and bottom borders, if set, will be fullwidth.
The background setting can be used to off-set the section from the rest of the page.
